Below is some information about the program and how it works.
- The eligible roles are:
- permanent full-time positions | 9 + days per fortnight
- permanent part-time positions | from 4 up to 8 days per fortnight
- Scalabrini's Management team & Board Members. Management Teams refers to: Village Manager, CFO, CEO, Director of PLC, Director of Clinical Governance & Quality, Director of Cx Communications & Marketing
- Village Manager is not eligible for payment when referring staff that is of direct/indirect reports to her/him
- Referring an ex-employees is excluded from this referral program
Full-time Positions | 9 + days per fortnight.
If you refer someone for an eligible full time position and they are successful in gaining employment, a salary bonus of $2,000 (subject to normal tax deductions) will be paid to you!
This is split into 2 payments:
- 1st payment of $1,000 | paid to you when they start work
- 2nd payment of $1,000 | paid to you when they have been working with us for 3 months
The People, Learning & Culture team will manage these payments via payroll. Payments are gross amounts and will be subject to superannuation and taxation in the subsequent pay periods.
Part-time positions | from 4 up to 9 days per fortnight.
If you refer someone for an eligible part time or casual position and they are successful in gaining employment, a salary bonus of $1,000 (subject to normal tax deductions) will be paid to you!
This is split into 2 payments:
- 1st payment of $500 | paid to you when they start work.
- 2nd payment of $500 | paid to you when they have been working with us for 3 months.

You refer someone for a job to Service Delivery Manager or Administration Manager at the preferred Village by emailing through the name and CV of the person you are referring.
They are successful in gaining employment and joining the Scalabrini Family.
On the day they start work, you will receive $500 in the following pay run.
3 months later, if you are both still working at Scalabrini, you will receive another $500 in the following pay run.
You refer someone for a job to Service Delivery Manager or Administration Manager at the preferred Village by emailing through the name and CV of the person you are referring.
They are successful in gaining employment and joining the Scalabrini Family.
On the day they start work, you will receive $1,000 in the following pay run.
3 months later, if you are both still working at Scalabrini, you will receive another $1,000 in the following pay run.
Yes, you sure can!
In addition to the rewards for each successful referral, you will also get bonus rewards when you refer multiple people to Scalabrini!
- When you have made:
- 3 successful referrals, you will receive an extra $500 reward!
- Then when you have made 5 successful referrals, you will receive an ANOTHER $750 reward!
- Then when you have made10 successful referrals, you will receive an ANOTHER $1,000 reward!
- AND... when you make 10 successful referrals you will receive a surprise of an extra special AMAZING reward.
The program started on 14th of February 2022 and we have update it on 1st July 2023 to make is easier to claim your bonus payment.
At this time, there is no end date for this program.
To make a referral, simply email the Service Delivery Manager or Administration Manager at the preferred Village with details of the person you are referring, a copy of the CV and the role you are referring them for.
When your friend is applying direct for roles advertised on www.seek.com.au, please ask them to mentioned you on their application ( i.e.: on the Cover Letter) and again when they get interviewed.
Service Delivery Manager or Administration Manager will contact you on the outcome of your referrals.
