Welcome to the Scalabrini Online Booking System for Video Chats with your loved one.
We hope you enjoy your time chatting over video.
Video chatting is a popular feature, and as you can appreciate, we have many families keen to use this technology.
So that everyone has an opportunity to connect with their loved one, we ask that families please:
- only make 1 booking per resident per day;
- keep calls to a maximum of 15 mins;
- be patient with us as the calendar may fill-out quickly, and you may not always get the day and time you require;
- understand that in addition to their normal duties, staff will be assisting residents with these calls so things may not go as smoothly as we would like sometimes.
To ensure fairness for all, bookings can only be made a maximum 7 days in advance.
iPhone | IOS Users
You will need to provide your Apple / FaceTime ID to make the booking.
If you don’t have FaceTime installed, please jump on your iPhone and click on the link below

You will need to provide your Skype ID to make the booking.

Make a Booking:
To ensure fairness for all, bookings can only be made a maximum 14 days in advance.

How it Works

Step 1
- Ensure you have the correct software on your device and registered for an ID.

Step 2
- Click on the relevant village below.
- Select the location your loved one resides in.
- Choose an available time slot. (bookings can be made a maximum 7 days and minimum 24 hours prior).

Step 3
- Your booking is now confirmed.
- You will receive a confirmation email.

Step 4
- Please make sure you are ready with your device at your selected call time.
- The village will call you on your device to connect you with your loved one.
- If there is a hold-up for any reason, we will call you to let you know.
