Our Social Hub Centres offer days of fun activities, both in the centre and out and about. The service provides an opportunity for your loved ones or carers to take a break, while you spend time with good friends, both old and new.
We encourage you or your carer to visit our Social Hub’s and check out the services to make sure they are suitable for you.
You can apply directly for day respite or, if your GP or healthcare worker feels this will be helpful they can provide a referral.
