Basic daily care fee is 85% of the maximum single rate pension for concessional residents. this will vary according to pension increases. Part pensioners and non-pensioners are income tested by the Department of Health and Ageing and individually assessed within 28 days of admission. Until Scalabrini Villages is advised of any extra income tested amount there will be additional small temporary fee added to the Basic Daily amount. This is known as Provisional Billing and will be adjusted when advised by the Department.
