This is an interest free loan payable to Scalabrini Village by low care residents on admission.

The loan is used to supplement the costs of providing accommodation and care. Scalabrini is entitled to retain an agreed amount each year for a maximum of 5 years. These arrangements are authorised by the Department of Health and Ageing and are subject to change every July. The balance of the loan is repayable when the resident leaves the facility.
